sir my baby is having nasal congestion can I give in nsal saline nebulization n how many times it can be given

A. yes can give nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

A. Nasal drops can be given about five times to 6 times in a day and if you want to give steam that also you can give 4 to 5 times in the day depending upon how do you wanna go ahead and if you want to work with any medication then you can take an advice with your doctor for that
