sir my baby is born on 14 June and still now is in ICU, has oxygen deficiency since birth also have heart hole and respiratory block, please suggest how to maintain her oxygen balance

A. need ti be examined .Pediatrician should be consulted for this as it may be some underlying problem with the baby . No any medication should be given to baby with out consulting doctor and proper examination .
