sir my baby is 3yr old but not speaking

A. baby is not speaking.. is baby is speaking the basic words as mama papa dada.. keep encouraging the baby more and more keep questioning about everything and every time.. break the words and sentence and let the baby repeat after you.. let the baby mingle with same age groups..
