sir,my baby is 3 weeks old.in mrng he feeds well.it takes nearly 30 mins and then he sleep and his sucking is also very slow.but sometimes at night when I feed him his sucking is very fast and he will take more than 1 hr and I have pain in nipple also at that time.even after 1 hr he still feels hungry and sucking his finger.i don't know wat to do

A. Hello make sure baby is latched properly. feed every 2 hours. feed only for 20 minutes at a time. feed from one side at a time so that baby gets fat rich hind milk baby is hungry so baby sucks fast. this is normal.
