sir my baby is ,2yr 4month old and having ulcers in mouth small funsi near anus area why it appears all sudden

Dologel you can apply into to the mouth of the child that’s going to help also I would advise you to get it checked with a pimple near the anus areas it could be having an infection sometimes these things can happen due to heat in the body so if needed please consult your paediatrician
