Q.

sir my baby is 2 year and 4 month old. he still can't talk even mumma papa. no hearing problem. he listen every thing. his response to voice is very good. but de does not recognise things like ball , bottle, toy etc. he always make different sounds. like aaaaaaa eeeee that's all. what can be the problem

A. it's fine, by growing age he will speak..Some children are late speakers, Spend lots of time communicating with your child. asked frequent question or or make him ask for it and then give it to him- a process called .Don’t try to force your child to speak. encourage your baby if he or she repeat or even try. try making him say the name of objects .

A. Siri kids are very good recognisation by this age if your child is not able to recognise whole thing then try to make a little more effort to teach your child by pointing to a particular thing and saying that this is ball like this and for your speech I would advise you to consult a speech therapist one time
