Q.

Sir, My baby girl passes urin 16-17 times a day. Sometimes she passes urin 7-8 times in half an hour. This is not an abnormal condition, is it?

A. the frequency of urination should be more than 5 or 6 times per day. the colour of the urine should be pale yellow to transparent. if the above two criteria is achieved then no need to worry butc if it is less than kindly give more fluid food, water and juice to the child. please do not worry if the child is not passing urine at night time.

A. If your baby urinates more frequently, it's typically just a sign of a healthy diet! But if your little one shows signs of a urinary tract infection (such as discomfort, fever, vomiting) or wets diapers fewer than four times a day, talk to your child's healthcare provider.
