A. छोटे बच्चों के सिर की हथेलियों और तलवों का हल्का गर्म होना बहुत सामान्य है, लेकिन अगर बच्चे का विकास ठीक से हो रहा है तो सिर की हथेलियों और तलवों के गर्म होने के बारे में चिंता करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। आपको इसे बुखार तभी मानना है जब बगल का तापमानd 100°f/37.7°c या इससे अधिक हो। सिर की हथेलियों और तलवों का गर्म होना इन क्षेत्रों में हाइपरडायनामिक परिसंचरण के कारण होता है (dजो विकास के लिए आवश्यक है) जो सामान्य है।

A. hi it might happen because of overdressing or dehydration please keep your child well hydrated avoid overdressing keep the room temperature moderated keep your child in well vantileted room
