Sir, My 3 month baby boy is not doing potty, at the time of birth he had done potty but after discharging from hospital he had no potty.. so we taken treatment at doctor and he gives rubbery type tablet to put in his bumb and we putted, he had liquid potty. after every 4-5 days we put that tablet to have potty. is it good? I am just worried about that!!

A. avoid such suppository use on daily basis. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is ok. Less than six month Gently press and massage the lower left side of his abdomen, do bicycling motion of legs onto and away from his abdomen this may stimulate the muscles to contract and move matter for evacuation. after this no improvement, talk to ur doctor
