sir my 2.6 years old son does not speaks at all iam worried what can I do. he only uses gestures to express his needs . he is very fussy in eating also

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom would highly recommend to consult a speech therapist it is very helpful as early intervention is very beneficial and shows good results.
Also at home encourage to read for him , also engage him in some talks and singing etc

Most babies start speaking in small sentences by the time they are 3-4 year old. Encourage the baby if baby speaks or tries to speak. Keep talking with the baby more so that baby listens new words and thereby starts speaking then later.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
