sir mouth me right side me chotha dana ho raha hain kuch mirchi wala khana kha nahin sakta Mera beta kya khilayu beta 4 yrs ka hain

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly applies zytee gel / dologel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity.
you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel.
this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is axlso advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consulting the doctor for this problem.
give fluids / juices in diet to the child.
see that child is not suffering from constipation.
meet dr if not improving

Then roll ons or ointment for mouth ulcer gel based is available .
Mouth ulcers pains a lot cause mild fever,cant eat & chew giving heat beating fluids (barley,sabudana kheer,butter milk ,coconut water semi solid is best.
Due to Vitamin B12 deficiency mouth ulcer happens.
