sir, milk with honey or milk with candy sugar, which is best to 1year old baby to give on everyday basis?

A. honey, jaggery is good.. Honey has many amazing healing properties like it helps in a cough and cold,sore throat, stomach upset,tootache, mouth ulcers, helps digetion, also increase the child’s metabolism during this time.
