sir meri baby girl 1 mahine ki hi par wo physically bhut weak hai koi tonic ya supplement de site hai kya? plz answer me

A. dear parent, at this age you should not give any supplements or medicine without consulting your baby's doctor. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

A. Don’t give any supplements.be calm and keep feeding the baby with mothers milk. Slowly she will gain weight.
