sir mere bchhe ko vaccine ki wajah se fever aa rha h. aaj 4th day h.. fever aata h jata h... usko drops di ja rhi h... jo attachments m bheji h.. vomit bhi ho jati h usko.. tej fever aata h... so please guide me

The Fever should not last for more than 72 hours still if your child is having high fever then it could be due to some viral infection as well I’m going to advise you to consult your paediatrician for a better understanding and if required go for better test and scan a head of that
