sir mere baby ko fever and cold hai, doctor ko dhikhaya to viral fever bola. pr 2 days ho Gaye fever to continue kam Jada ho raha hai aur vomitting bhi ho rhi hai usay. doctor ko bola to kah rhe hai ki 3-4 days problem rahega. sir give me suggestion
