A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.
grains and millets - 3 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1 serving
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits -1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of process packaged food
