sir mera beta 2years 8 month k hogya h, usko khana khilati hu , bt iska waight gain ni ho rha h.or fruit ko kha leta h bt khana ni khata h achche s ,iska waight kaise gain kre btaye, pls sir

A. Give hee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like bbanana, chikoo, grapes, custard apple will help to increase weight .
