sir ,mera baby 4 month ka h wo feed nhi le raha tha to uska CBC karaya to lymphocytes 70%air neutrophils 23% h sath hi uske body pr reshes bhi h doctor viral bta rahe .koi tension ki baat to nhi h.plz suggest me
