sir mera baby 12 mnths ka hai... use constipation hai but potty daily krta hai... but potty krte tym bhut rota hai.. use rashes b ho gye hai constipation se. plz suggest medicine.. jisse use instant relief aaye

avoid using diapers for now
keep that area clean

please do the following things:
keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily
you can give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee
avoid Bakery food
you can also give soaked balck raisins .
maintain good hygiene
