Sir / mam, my baby 17 months can I give albendazole suspension? how much I gv? fosage sir

A. yes kindly give syrup albendazole 5 ml to the child at night (first dose) and 5 ml after 14 days and if the problem still continues meet your doctor and get a stool examination which will help in diagnosis. very important to maintain hygiene of the food and water as well as the the hygiene of the handsc and everything which goes inside the mouth of the child otherwise the worms problem will occur again and again.x it is usually uncommon for small children less than 2years to have worms problem

A. U Can give it to the child if you want to but you have to be sure whether your child is having worms or not and the correct dose it would be prescribed by a doctor because these medicines are also given according to the current weight of the child so you please consult your doctor ones
