A. Hello good morning !! Include fibre rich foods,fluids and give more water ,these help in increasing bowel movements. Foods like papaya,pear,grapes,orange,apple, banana, curd,ragi,jowar,almonds powder are rich in fibre. Do tummy massage with warm caster oil or coconut oil for instant relief.
