Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment this dose can be again repeated after evgery 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feverbut if it continues further you should consult your doctor for proper treatment regarding this

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. 10 Drops if that is easier for you otherwise you can give one ML at one point of time you can repeat it after six hours if you need to go ahead with it and if it were just giving it for fever and if the fever does not subside in 72 hours and kindly consult your paediatrician ones
