sir /madam.. my daughter is eight month old... her weight is 7.39 kg.. is it OK... what food can we add for weight gaining.. many two sided opinion are there about Cerlac ... Is it okay for baby..

Cerelac l is a very convenient food Paras just give it because they do not want to work hard on preparing recipes for the child but if you actually look at it what you are giving to the child other than packaged food in that but when you prepare home-made fresh food where you include all kind of fruits vegetables lentils other items that you give to the child how better it is going to be so please focus on home-made fresh food for the child
