Q.
sir / madam my baby is 8 month old and he suffered severe constipation. while motion time he struggled lot. I'll give food to him as idli rice ,dhall, and boiled carrot juice, boiled apple. then I give raisin hot water for constipation but still he is struggling pls help me for this

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. too much of cereals can cause constipation. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add more vveggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids.
