Sir/Madam Mera baby 4 months ka hua h... usko vaccine lge hue 4th day h ... fever aa rha h .. fever k liye drops Dolopar and Taxim O... de rhe h.. ab usko vomit ho rahi h... fever bhi aa jata h .... medicine dene k baad fever km hota h... so please guide me
