it looks like there are some kind of bubbles over the skin because of the dryness, you can try the below remedies to avoid the dry skin
dry skin can be reduced by massaging the baby with coconut oil.
do not use Harsh soap often over the babies dry skin, reduce the use of soap.
you can use a good moisturiser among many good brand. apply it often to reduce the dryness.
feed the baby with breast milk continuously, prevent dehydration.
