Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. जब आप डिजिटल थर्मामीटर की मदद से बच्चे के बगल में तापमान लेते हैं और यदि यह 99 एफ (37 सी) या उससे अधिक है तो आप इसे बुखार मानते हैं या जब आप बच्चे के मौखिक गुहा में तापमान लेते हैं और यदि यह 100 डिग्री फ़ारेनहाइट है तो आप इसे बुखार मानते हैं और फिर पैरासिटामोल दिया जाता है। पैरासिटामोल के साथ-साथ dबॉडी स्पंज जारी रखें और बच्चे को हल्के कपड़े पहनाएं। पेरासिटामोल को प्रति दिन अधिकतम चार बार दोहराया जा सकता है
