sir I would like to put a question about my child. sir my child is 3 years and 5 months now he is becoming thinner. How would you suggest to overcome this problem?

Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
