sir I need suggestion..my son now a days became very irritate, showing tantrums ,lack of concentration..is this for low haemoglobin.. should i give him a iron supplement..plz suggest sir

A. yes there is no problem in giving iron supplements for further inspection baby needs a physical examination for any advice better you see a local doctor so that he can exam in the baby give advice accordingly
