Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

No You can continue breastfeeding it has got nothing to do with you having diabetes see if you have a doubt about it you can discuss this entire issue with your paediatrician and then go ahead with their suggestion only but as far as I know it is not going to affect your child
