Q.
Sir I had normal delivery in November it’s been 2 month but I am having white discharge some what more it looks like pale yellow very light . Is it normal or what I can do for healthy discharge

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
