sir good morning, my girl baby is 8 months old, from yesterday she having sneezing nose, little cough please guide me sir what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper vgdose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi....try to keep ur baby warm...apart from this try this home made remedy.. *#Sureshot Cough n Cold remedy* 🔴Better than cough n cold syrups 🔴works sureshot on all ages 🔴no side effects remedy 🔴works in two days😜 🔴tasty too... Kids take it easily How to make:: 4 to 6 leaves of Tulsi 2 to 3 leaves of Ajwain Half inch peeled ginger piece 1 big Betel leaf Honey for kids above 1 year Strained Jaggery syrup for kids below 1 year 🔴Extract juice of all the leaves and ginger piece by crushing in mortar pestle/ imam dasta/ dinchik dinchik.... 🔴Strain the juice... 🔴now mix honey or jaggery syrup as per kids age 🔴mix in a ceramic or glass bowl and use of on same day... *Don't use on next day if leftover... Make fresh always* Quantity: 🔴Make totally 15-20 ml for a day n give in three doses... 🔴5 ml per dose 🔴Give half hour before meals if possible.. If u r a breastfeeding mom then make more and you too take around 10ml in one dose... Will help baby through your bm too😊 Pointers: 🔴Expose the kid to early morning rising sun's light everyday for 15-20mins This helps melt all the mucus 🔴Use nasoclear to help baby breathe freely 🔴Use hing-asafoetida n ajwain in baby food 🔴This is an old grandmas remedy... Tried n tested many times 🔴Incase u don't have ajwain leaves skip for now... But pot an ajwain plant soon for later use
