SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma,
Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi,
eggs and non veg if your baby eats.
snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha,
Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
