Q.

Since yesterday night yaduveer is suffering from fever he is now 1 year 4 month old. Last night I have given paracetamol syrup 1ml but temperature 101 so morning I give him meftal p of 1ml but temperature is not getting low it’s of 101 . Can I give both meftal and paracetamol . if s for how many hours once can I give him both medicines.

A. You have to stick to one medicine whatever you want to give out of the two giving two medicines is not healthy so give one and I think it should be 1.5 that would be convenient for you to give every six hours if the child is more than the weight of 10 kg
