Q.
Since yesterday night I have observed that my son is smiling in sleep n then suddenly taking heavy breath n waking up crying... he will sleep for 2+ hours continuously n then suddenly such episode happen. today during mrng nap too.. he slept soundless for 2 hours then the same thing. In general he is feeding well n is active n happy. what should I do

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. many children upto the age of 2 years wake up during the night, after some intervals especially for feeding let the child feel secure, a soft toy or favourite blanket, with a good bedtime story may help. do not leave the room immediately after child is asleep stay a while for him to feel safe and know that you are around.
