Since yesterday, My baby diaper is not full at night and when he is active then only he pees. In a day time also, he is peeing 4-5 times only( data noted for 1 day ) Also, he is sleeping at a stretch of 4-5 Hrs in night and wakes for feed only then again sleep in night. Please suggest what is the normal peeing count and What could be the reason of suddenly decrease in peeing count. He is currently 6 months 10 days and exclusively on breastfeed.
