Q.
since last week my son started eating mud/sand/stone. Anything he finds he puts in his mouth from the park and planter. My neighbour said that it's because of some deficiencies. Pls guide.

due to iron deficiency as well as nutritional deficiency children place dirty things in the orzal cavity as well as they may lick soil or they may lick the walls.
they may place footwears in their oral cavity.
meet your doctor because iron supplements needs to be started aznd give food rich in iron
