since last 10-15 days i have noticed some white thing deep inside the right ear of my 5 month old baby boy. Also, from past 2-3 days i have noticed that my child frequently rubs his right ear. I had checked for pain by slightly pressing around that area but child does not react to it (may be no pain but not sure). I am confused whether that white thing deep inside the ear is wax, dirt or infection with puss. Attached is a pic showing white dot like thing inside the ear. Please advice what is it and the necessary action needed to be taken.
