Q.

since I breastfeed my 3months old baby at night , by the time in the morning there's no milk. baby gets cranky and I have to feed him with formula milk. how do I get enough milk in the morning as well for my baby?

A. good afternoon I would recommend if you try to have Himalaya shatavari along with milk everyday in the morning this will help to make sure that you are able to produce milk for the child even during the morning time without any issue
