since 1 week my child having dry cough nd vomit plz suggest any sryp.

A. I Believe that your child is suffering due to coughing also for wet cough with vomiting also becomes a part of it so it’s important for you to consult your doctor before you go ahead with any medication so it’s better that you get your child checked first
