Shreenika is 10+months old She has been suffering from cough for the past few days any advice and cough syrup

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. alongz with cough and cold medicine nebulization will be required and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor ifz the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medication .
it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery

L you should consult your doctor regarding that that’s because right now it could be either due to a viral infection or allergic reaction so the doctor would be able to help you with medicine that you should follow for the child which would be safe and healthy as per the current situation
