Teething is a natural process and doesn't require any medicine Best thing to do is to massage the gums with a clean cold cotton cloth and give cold silicone teethers to chew on. If there is a lot of irritation then you can give the analgesic which you give while your child has fever that has been advised by your pediatrician.
