should milk be a compulsory diet for growing kids?

A. no.after one year no.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. Yes Definitely it is very good at the growing age you should always give milk to the child at least till the age of 14 to 15 years or more than that at least two times in a day should definitely be mandatory so try to give good amount of milk at the growth rate and later you can just reduce it down according to the growth of your child
