Should Johnson's baby powder be applied on baby's face? Doesn't it clog pores?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. hi . avoid powder. even if you want to use it , use it sparingly only in skin folds. do not splash it on baby's skin. as particles get inhaled in baby's lungs.

A. please stop using jhonsons baby powder.. it does more harm than good... use mamaearth baby face cream for the face... it's non sticky and absorbs quickly without making it oily

Babies do not have pores large enough for particles to enter into it. so that is one thing. secondly, I would suggest you use talc free powder for your baby as a lot of brands are facing issues with the quality of talc used in them. I have used only MamaEarth dusting powder for my son. and I am very happy with it.
