Hello and good morning Belt does not help in reducing tummy it provides support to back muscles consult gynaecologist before using it healthy diet and exercise will help. Cut down on sugary salty foods. Drink lots of water. Take small frequent meals. Go for brisk walk. yoga will help. stomach crunches and abdominal strengthening exercises help Be persistent in your efforts.
