Should I take Protein Power for weight gain or not? Is it safe?

A. yes of course you can take protein powder for weight gain but you also need to have physical activities like walking and exercise and the best thing is to take protein through diet. Eggs. Yogurt. Nut butters. Cheese. Poultry. Meat. Lentils. Beans.

A. If you focus upon a natural protein in a balanced nutrition diet that is going to be much much better but still if that is not happening I’m going to advise you that you should consult a nutritionist for that and if it does not happen then yes you can take a protein powder not a problem
