should I need to give calcium or iron syrup for my baby as a growing phase ..how I know is it needed or not ? I m giving d3 400 iu drop since brith

A. Not every baby needs extra calcium or iron syrup routinely. Since your baby is around 7 months old and already getting vitamin d3 drop, that part is usually good because D3 helps calcium absorption.
