should I give Zincovit to my 4 months old baby? my friend told her doctor suggested along with vit D to give Zincovit. is it necessary ? am giving only vit D syrup

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. if the growth and weight gain of the child is proper then there is no need to give any multivitamin supplements but only vitamin d supplement is required. when the child is not gaining proper weight then only multivitamin supplements are given by the doctor
