Should i give tata salt to my 5.5m baby??

A. better if u avoid salt and sugar till 1yr of age

A. U can use sendha namak.. but a very small pinch.. babies need only .4g sodium which is present in 1 g of salt.. so u should add a very small pinch..

A. not sure what you are going to feed by adding salt. but if it is for cerelac kind of food you can add a very tiny pinch if your baby is resisting to eat.
