Low-birth-weight infants are at high risk of iron deficiency, and the current recommendation is that they receive supplementation from 2 mo through 2 y of age.
Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. there is no need to take multivitamins unless you are having any deficiency and iron deficiency. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
